On September 2, 2008 Senator William J. Larkin graciously invited David L. Kempton to visit his office.

Last July 2007 David moved his offices and plant to 16 D'Alfonso Rd. Newburgh from Rockland County so he could be in the county that is alive with growth opportunities.

David explained that he envisions Orange County as the new frontier for development and economic prosperity. He has always been a proponent of planned, measured growth in the area.

David went on to say, Senator Larkin is also keenly aware of the potentials of Orange County and this is an energy that he hopes the two will share into the future.
